The English word for energy derives from the Greek word, energeia, which translates into activity. Energy is what causes things to happen. It is what allows us to create. As human beings, just like a car needs fuel (physical energy) and a driver (creative energy) to go anywhere, we too need physical energy (nutrients) and creative energy (consciousness/awareness) to live life to the fullest. Without a surplus of either one, it is impossible to live an inspired and creative life.
